•              Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems within the healthcare domain.

•              Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

•              Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.

•              Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

•              Work closely with IT teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and requirements.

•              Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss and refine business requirements.

•              Create and maintain project documentation, including business process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system documentation.

•              Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions.

•              Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

•              Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues, addressing concerns, and providing training as needed.
