• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:• Work closely with clients to understand their current transportation management processes and identify areas for improvement.• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for OTM.• Solution Design and Configuration:• Design and configure OTM modules, including planning, execution, and analytics.• Develop and document OTM processes and workflows.• Implementation and Testing:• Participate in OTM implementation projects, ensuring smooth system integration and data migration.• Test OTM configurations and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.• User Training and Support:• Provide training and support to end-users on OTM functionalities.• Address user queries and resolve issues related to OTM.
