Five (5) or more years of Windows server experience;
Three (3) or more years of Microsoft Azure or Cloud experience;
Expertise with branching strategy, CI/CD pipeline implementation with Azure pipelines, and version control across environments with Azure repositories;
Three (3) or more years of Linux server experience;
Server administration experience with three (3) or more years administering Windows 2016 and newer;
Five (5) or more years of experience with Active Directory and Domain Name System (DNS) administration in an enterprise environment with 1,000 or more users;
Experience writing, testing, and executing PowerShell scripts;
Experience working in a virtual server or Cloud environment; and
Experience installing, maintaining, and supporting third party applications.
Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management;
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations Certified;
Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base;
Experience developing and managing schedules for multiple projects;
Experience managing waterfall projects;
Experience with state government projects;
Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.;
Experience working with technical programming teams;
Ability to demonstrate a professional can-do attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems;
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders;
Skills in facilitation and team building;
Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment;
Knowledge in other IT areas such as programming and data analytics etc.;
A team player attitude with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic; and
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and organize and prioritize activities.
