  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 6-7 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects with a focus on Community/Experience Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Aura, LWC, Flows, and Apex.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience with JIRA and other project management tools.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
