• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support business decisions.• Work with the Account object in Salesforce to manage and analyze customer data.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor business performance.• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.• Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance business operations.

Essential Skills:• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, specifically the Account object.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:• Experience with other CRM systems and business intelligence tools.• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.• Project management experience or certification.
