We are looking for a senior site reliability engineer, who provides consulting services to technology teams within MLB and TDC to help them improve the reliability of their systems via

·         Incident preparedness, response, and reflection processes

·         Cloud implementation and Kubernetes operations

·         User experience optimization through SLIs and SLOs, SLA, MTTx Metrics, Reduction, Etc. RED Metrics(Rate, Errors, Duration)

·         Refining Observability tool implementation

·         Debugging running systems and providing tools to assist runtime debugging

·         Experience with Datadog

·         Optimizations for cost control

·         High Availability and Disaster recovery planning
