JOB DETAIL

  • 10+ years of hand-on experience in SAP US Payroll, Benefits, Taxation and Year-End activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of US Payroll, Benefits, Garnishment and Year-End W2 generation configuration.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
  • Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of US Payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • SAP certification in HCM or Payroll (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other HRIS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM
