- Establish and uphold Scrum principles, guiding the team through Agile adoption.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-defined and prioritized backlog items.
- Identify and remove obstacles to team progress, working cross-functionally to address dependencies and blockers.
- Support empirical product planning in a complex environment to improve forecasting and delivery.
- Develop and maintain continuous improvement backlogs, information radiators, and RAID logs.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the team, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
- Provide training and mentorship to the team and organization on Scrum adoption and Agile methodologies.
