Serve as the point of contact for all IT-related Windows/Linux System admin issues within the Broadcom labs.
Respond to and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems within the manufacturing environment.
Implement shutdown recovery plans for minimal disruption in the event of system downtime.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mid-tier system restarts, and network connectivity.
Setup and configuration of new computers, ensuring that all required tools and software are properly installed and operational.
Address and resolve general IT support issues such as software installations, OS(Windows/Linux) updates, password resets, and network connectivity.
Frontend Website Development and Maintenance:
Develop, maintain the Fabs frontend website
Continuously update the website with the latest information, product details.
VB scripting to update and collect information from Excel sheets and update them in the company website
Troubleshooting SQL Scripts Related to Oracle DB + OSFM: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SQL scripts interacting with Oracle databases and OSFM systems.
Collaborate with the development team for data handling issues.
Troubleshooting Oracle DB Connection to Google Sheets: Resolve connection issues between the Oracle database and Google Sheets for data synchronization and real-time updates.
Generating LAB PC inventory for all the machines in Labs and software running on them.
Maintain documentation on cron jobs running in the Broadcom labs
Maintain documentation on data collection process in Broadcom labs
