At least 8 years of experience in program and project management, with a focus on cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs and projects.
Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of project management.
Expertise in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and meeting deliverable deadlines.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools such as JIRA.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve conflicts to meet deadlines.
High proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels.
