•                Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)

•                6+ years of experience in IT security with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management

•                Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Microsoft One IDAM)

•                Demonstrated expertise with Okta MFA implementation and management

•                Experience with Crowdstrike endpoint protection platform

•                Practical knowledge of AWS IAM architecture and implementation

•                Experience participating in or conducting penetration testing for IAM systems

•                Strong understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and RADIUS

•                Familiarity with identity governance and compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)

•                Experience implementing zero trust architecture principles

•                Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.)

•                Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

•                Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, AWS Certified Security, Microsoft Security certifications, CISSP, or CISM

•                Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions

•                Knowledge of biometric authentication technologies

•                Experience with CI/CD pipeline security

•                Understanding of container security in orchestrated environments

•                Experience with cloud identity federation

•                Background in security architecture design
