  • Total IT Experience required 10+ Years
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Working experience with Banking Clients is Mandatory
  • Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as Atlassian.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen effectively and uncover information that may not be explicitly stated.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing about technical subjects to non-technical users in a way they can easily understand.
  • Skilled in the use Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements, processes, and solutions.
  • Develop and document business and IT process models to illustrate current and future states. Perform fit-gap analyses.
  • Gather and document design requirements.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and execute testing plans, leading and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results.
  • Assist with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle.
  • Assist with troubleshooting software systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
