• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of project/program management experience with a proven track record of successful IT program delivery
• 7+ years of related auditing/audit remediation experience
• Thorough understanding of various audit requirements and standards to comply with SOX and Non-SOX audit
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum)
• Experience in change management and the ability to drive organizational transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)
• Experience in managing Financials / Project Budgets $3-10M+
• Relevant financial services industry knowledge (Regulatory Compliance & Operations)
