• Familiarity with project portfolio management and resource allocation best practices.
• Experience in system integration, configuration, and reporting within Planview.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable system solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with enterprise-level tools and reporting systems.
• Planview certifications are a plus.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Planview solutions.
• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Planview to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs within Planview for performance monitoring.
• Ensure seamless integration of Planview with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Perform Planview system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to maximize Planview adoption and usage.
• Partner with IT and project management teams to improve portfolio management processes.
• Document business processes, system workflows, and functional specifications.
