• Experience required 8 Years and above in IT and OT Infrastructure support.
• Planning and migration of data center to off-site colocation and converted physical servers to virtual servers using VMware, Hyper-V and HP blade servers.
• Planning and implementation of Cloud Services: Proof Point Essentials, MacAfee Security as a Service, Virtual Machines, VPN.
• Audit Information Systems backups, security policies, logs, procedures, and hardware/software inventory.
• Drive the Cyber security hygiene management initiative in the Operations and Engineering team to address critical vulnerabilities identified in IT and OT systems.
• Manage new deployments and transitions of critical management systems from on premises to cloud: Active Directory, Single Sign On with cloud solutions and CyberArk for Petroleum OT sites.
• Design & Implementation of Disaster Recovery Solution with VMware SRM.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills on ESXi servers using Command Line.
• Expertise experience on Server platforms: Cisco Unified Computing Systems, HP, Dell, IBM server infrastructure. 
• Expertise on solving Performance issues and worked in resolving Major outages.
• Expertise in performance analysis and tuning
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills 
• Demonstrated Root Cause Correct Action analysis, report generation, and presentation to customers.
• Ability to correlate incident trends into problem management and execute permanent fixes.
• Should be able to provide capacity planning & sizing.
