JOB DETAIL

1. Establishing basic sales and service processes.
2. Enabling automated processes through lightning flows, assignment rules, escalation rules, and outbound messaging.
3. Configuring User management.
4. Familiar with sObjects, standard and custom objects, and processes associated with them eg- validation rules, record types, page layouts, and quick actions.
5. Configuring email communication between sales/service agents with end users.
6. Enabling and establishing data sharing and security models using organization-wide defaults, and role hierarchies.
7. Familiar with deployment activities involving changeset/ant script/autorabit/copado/Jenkins etc.
