Service Management Activities:o Handle incidents and change requests for Americas Region systems.o Focus on Time Management, Payroll and SF EC Replication.o Document technical configurations.o Align business demands with IT strategy and provide consultative support.o Troubleshoot HR technical issues collaboratively.o Program debugging (ABAP) may be required occasionally.
