A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst is required, including experience in gathering requirements for at least one complete Salesforce involved integrations.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

Experience writing business requirements and functional specs. Ability to decompose complex business and data requirements in stakeholders.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Self-starter with proven ability to take the initiative to accomplish goals, with minimal oversight and direction.

Knowledge of SDLC for both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Experience and Knowledge Preferred:

Experience working in the insurance industry P&C sector or Insurtech,
