Salesforce Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce implementation.
Understands use cases, technical requirements, and functional product requirements, and translate them into Product Backlog items.
Assist the Product Owner(s) and the Agile Team in refining the backlog items.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Manage user roles, security settings, and data access.
Have experience in full lifecycle deliveries using an iterative approach such as Agile or Scrum
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Recommend and implement best practices to optimize Salesforce usage.
