To Note: We expect the consultant to be available on-demand to support the existing Windows SQL server databases hosted. The current DBA’s will work to support the in the event of any windows server, SQL server databases patches and upgrades occurring at least once or twice per month.
Perform database validations after patching
Troubleshoot non-standard job issues including extended delays and failures due to network latency issues, blocking and old code sets not being updated or optimized
After-hour DBA support requested in advance for enhancements and break fixes
