JOB DETAIL

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking key milestones.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for project updates, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, records, and databases using Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Track project expenses, budgets, and financial reports using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks, data entry, and workflow management.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project deadlines.
