 6-8 years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
 Expertise in SAP CRM - Interaction Center configuration and customization.
 Strong understanding of business partner management, service management, and case handling in SAP CRM.
 Experience with SAP CRM integration with other SAP modules such as SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
 Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
