Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java 11 and above.

Ensure the effective use of AWS services to optimize application performance and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Angular 10+ into front-end development.

Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance.

Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance the development process.

Provide technical leadership in the Life Sciences domain, if applicable.

Ensure that all architectural solutions align with business goals and objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
