Agile & SAFe Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies with the ability to mentor teams and organizations.
Facilitation & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience facilitating meetings and discussions.
Risk & Impediment Management: Ability to identify and address risks and blockers that impede team progress.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Knowledge: Familiarity with all phases of SDLC, including planning, requirements management, development, QA, change management, and release management.
Metrics & Reporting: Experience in tracking and presenting team metrics, such as delivery progress and flow metrics.
Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like ADO (Azure DevOps) and Confluence.
Financial Industry Experience (Plus): Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus.
