JOB DETAIL

  • Remote SAP Ariba Downstream Implementation and Configuration:
    • Configure and customize SAP Ariba Buying, Invoicing, and Supplier Management modules to align with evolving business needs.
    • Lead and participate in remote SAP Ariba implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, with a focus on Downstream processes.
    • Develop and maintain seamless integrations between SAP Ariba and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ERP, S/4HANA, third-party applications) in a remote environment.
    • Manage Ariba Network activities and supplier enablement, particularly in the context of Downstream transactions.
  • Remote Solution Design and Development (Downstream Emphasis):
    • Design and develop innovative custom solutions and enhancements within the SAP Ariba platform, leveraging best practices for remote development, with a focus on improving the efficiency of Buying, Invoicing, and Supplier Management.
    • Conduct virtual workshops and requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into technical specifications.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, accessible to a distributed team.
    • Troubleshoot and understand basic Java code used for integrations or minor customizations.
  • Remote Troubleshooting and Support (Downstream Focus):
    • Provide timely and effective remote technical support to end-users, resolving SAP Ariba-related issues efficiently, particularly in Downstream areas.
    • Proactively monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization in a remote setting.
    • Conduct remote testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Virtual Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate effectively with business analysts, project managers, and global stakeholders through virtual communication channels.
    • Conduct virtual training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Remote Work Proficiency:
    • Demonstrate exceptional self-management, time management, and communication skills in a remote work environment.
    • Utilize virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence) to maintain seamless communication and project management.
