o   5+ years of experience working in a data analytics role

o   Fluency in data analysis, including defining KPIs, statistical and predictive modeling concepts, descriptive statistics, customer segmentation, and funnel analysis

o   Hands-on expertise with SQL, R/Python and statistical modeling techniques (e.g. regression, classification, time series) to answer a wide range of measurement questions and strong ML experience

o   Ability to tell stories clearly and concisely with data, and how they drive business outcomes

o   Demonstrates strong business acumen and curiosity

o   Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking

o   Performs business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining.

o   Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations.

o   Produce adhoc reports, conduct data discovery and quality checks needed for reports
