Market Data Application Support & Risk Management

Provide day-to-day support for market data applications within the Internal Risk division.

Ensure all open risk SLAs are met by proactively managing and tracking issues through resolution.

Work closely with IT Risk teams to ensure applications comply with corporate security policies and regulatory guidelines.

Vendor Management & Corporate Workflow Compliance

Act as the primary liaison between Procurement, IT Risk, and external market data vendors.

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and compliance with contractual agreements.

Follow corporate procurement workflows, ensuring all requests, renewals, and approvals meet internal policies.

Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance assessments for market data services.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with trading, risk, IT, and finance teams to align market data support with business needs.

Provide regular status updates and reporting on risk items, SLA compliance, and vendor performance.

Ensure seamless onboarding of new market data services by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
