- Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Mainframe, Cobol, CICS

- Have a solid understanding of Mainframe

- Implement and maintain JCL, Cobol, DB2, CICS

- - Provide expertise in DB2 to ensure efficient database management.

- 6+ years of relevant experience.

- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions.

- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
