- Develop Fast Formulas, Oracle BI Cloud Connector (BICC), and Structured Query Reports (SQR) to support business requirements.  
- Perform Maintenance & Operations (M&O) tasks, including troubleshooting, system optimizations, and patching for Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft applications  
- Design, develop, test, and implement PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle-based solutions to support enterprise applications.  
- Work with JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, and C# to create custom solutions and integrations.  
- Develop and maintain reports and data extracts, ensuring efficient data retrieval and system performance.  
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system inefficiencies.  
- Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices.  
- Support development and deployment in both Windows and Linux environments.
