Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor the SAP Basis team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
System Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring optimal system performance and stability.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure the availability and reliability of SAP systems.
Upgrades and Patches: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain the SAP landscape and support business requirements.
Security Management: Implement and manage security policies and procedures to protect SAP systems and data from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Basis processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment of SAP Basis activities with business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP Basis advancements, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and business processes.
