JOB DETAIL

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services domain.
  • Strong expertise in banking, investment management, capital markets, or risk & compliance.
  • Proficiency in BRD/FRD documentation, process modeling, and requirement gathering.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations (Basel, Dodd-Frank, MiFID, IFRS, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other financial analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
