 Issue Resolution & Support: Analyze and resolve high-priority production issues.
 Knowledge Transfer: Guide internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders post-go-live.
 SAP Ariba Expertise: Configure and improve SAP Ariba Buying, Guided Buying, Invoicing, and Commerce Automation.
 Integration & Implementation: Manage Ariba integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA via CIG.
 Testing & Documentation: Develop test cases, conduct UT/SIT, and support UAT.
 Project Execution: Lead workshops, process re-engineering, and Agile/ASAP implementations.
 Go-Live & Hypercare: Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
