Looking for a strong PRODUCT OWNER to join the team ASAP. The person should be able to lead a DATABASE Project.As Scrum Master:§ Lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.§ Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices within the team.§ Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that could impede team progress.§ Remove blockers and maintain a smooth workflow.§ Help the team remain focused on sprint goals and objectives.§ Track sprint progress, manage sprint backlogs, and ensure on-time delivery of sprint deliverables.§ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback, promoting best practices, and facilitating process improvements.Qualifications:§ Strong leadership and communication skills.§ High-level knowledge of Java and familiarity with technical projects.§ Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with practical experience in Scrum processes.§ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive projects toward successful completion.§ Experience working with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive team culture
