We have an opening for an IT Business Analyst Lead, ideally in the Chicago, IL metropolitan area, focusing on supporting Retail.  This critical role will lead the technical delivery of the core components (Stay-In-Front/Retail Execution Platform, Data Analytics,  Reporting, and integration coordination) in support of the Retail Business.

You will be working with a team of the project management office & the Project Manager, and multiple vendors who are partnering currently and in the future for supporting the business and functional areas.  

IT Business Analyst Lead –

·        Support the retail execution process and business needs on a day-to-day basis.

·        Data analysis and root cause analysis for business leads

·        Engage with the business stakeholders in developing and implementing new tools, technologies, and solutions.

·        Ensure timely and quality delivery of IT deliverables

·        Translate the business requirements to technical deliverables.

·        Work with IT stake holders for activities that are in the Software Development Life Cycle.

·        Engage with various vendors and stakeholders to enhance the solutions, ensure the integrity of data and solutions.

·        Work with project managers and leads for any specific initiatives or projects
