Bring in strong business process knowledge on MM processes and integration with cross modules like Production Planning, Sales & Distribution, Logistics, Quality Management, Finance and SCM
• Build global MM template and propose process improvement plans.
• Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements.
• Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.
• Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities.
• Implementation experience of SAP S/4 Hana and S/4 Hana Material Management (including Purchasing, Invoicing, Delivery + VIM) Innovation including seamless integration between warehouse management & production, visibility & control of stocks, Fiori Apps
• Strong cross functional leadership by bringing people together to gather relevant business requirements with the ability to look at the end-to-end processes and understand how the processes integrate in the SAP S/4 HANA product architecture.
• Develop/monitor/update and communicate SAP development plan, Integration Plan and Governance model.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team – adoption of Agile methodology.
• Ensure effective communication with all stake holders (Business, PMO office, Client Partner etc.) from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective.
• Hold regular project portfolio Integration meetings, ensure all developments follow standards.
• Govern risks imposed by Cross Application projects that affect SAP project portfolio.
