•           5+ years ServiceNow development experience using Forms, workflows, Service Portal

•           3+ years role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging

•           2+ years experience building custom workflows

•           2+ years of Service Portal development (e.g. Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJs)

•           2+ years of general IT experience with consulting experience preferred

•           ITIL V3 Foundations Certification
