Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using React, Spring Batch, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, and Spring Framework. – Hands on experience in FSD coding, Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that align with business goals. - Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications through thorough testing and code reviews. - Develop and maintain documentation for software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. - Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, tools, and methodologies. - Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations in all development activities. - Drive innovation and contribute to the companys mission of delivering high-quality software solutions that make a positive impact on society.
