  • Expertise in Workday Report Writer
  • Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics
  • Strong experience in creating Workday Derived Data Sets
  • Proficiency in other BI tools (SAP Business Objects and Tableau) with strong SQL skills
  • Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, processes, and experience with Business Objects Data Services
  • Mortgage/GSE experience is a plus
  • Excellent oral, written, and listening skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with the complete Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, and testing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems
