Required Experience:
•    10+ years in Data & Analytics architecture, focusing on Azure.
•    5+ years leading cloud platform teams.
•    Hands-on with Azure Synapse, SQL Server, ADF, Power BI, and Big Data.
•    Strong skills in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and performance optimization.
•    Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and T-SQL.
•    Knowledge of data security standards (GDPR, PCI), RBAC, and encryption.
