? 9+ years of Python development experience, with expertise in object-oriented programming.

? Strong expertise in Selenium & OpenCV for automation.

? Experience with RCM automation, including eligibility verification, claims processing, and payment posting.

? Integration experience with EHR/EMR systems and third-party healthcare applications.

? Familiarity with API integration and working with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835).

? Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex healthcare workflows.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

? Experience with RCM automation and healthcare billing systems.

? Cloud platforms experience (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

? Exposure to AI-driven automation such as OCR, NLP, and Generative AI for future development.

? Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning for RCM optimization.

? Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
