• Leading, planning, managing and directing the scrum team to accomplish the objectives of a project with limited, local objectives
• Experience working in Capital Markets domain is good to have
• Knowledge of Front and Back-office functions will be a value add
• Expertise in trade life cycle management
• Develops project plans with assigned tasks, milestones/deliverables and oversee budgets
• Collaborate with Infrastructure /Application Teams to determine best methods to meet project objectives
• Reports changes in project timelines, resources, or budget
• Report risks and issues during the life of projects and create mitigation plans to remove any obstacles
• Strategic in developing, implementing and administering IT programs within functional areas
