JOB DETAIL

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

·        HCM - Consultant Payroll and time management with - UKG Pro Reporting & Analytics

·        At least 8 Years of experience in HR, Payroll and UKG Pro

·        Reporting & Analytics Deduction and earning setup/configuration HR support for Benefits and Payroll in Core and Back Office UKG Workforce Management configuration

·        Needs to have strong time keeping system experience in Kronos and WFM given the various populations we support across those systems.

·        Establish processes to proactively monitor and maintain data integrity and an audit-ready state.

·        Manage internal audit process on own scope to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

·        Ability to troubleshoot system issues and resolve employee inquiries.

·        Strong business partnership, with ability to collaborate to build effective solutions and resolve issues sustainably and rapidly.

·        Ability to develop and execute to a plan, strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables in assigned scope.

·        Workday payroll and benefits highly preferred Career experience and passion enabling HR operations through the efficient, compliant, optimized use of technology.

·        Experience identifying areas of inefficiency and developing new processes, automation or ways of working to streamline delivery.

·        Advanced proficiency in:

payroll processing, wage tax regulations and the administration of benefits and total rewards compliance frameworks such as GDPR, FLSA, etc. system integrations and inter-system reporting tools and methods.
