1. First BSA: This candidate should have a proven track record in gathering requirements and developing process flows by collaborating with key business and technology stakeholders.
2. Second BSA: We are looking for someone with strong project management skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.

• Create flow charts, Business process flows as required
