- Define and prioritize a backlog of user stories, ensuring they include clear acceptance criteria.
- Analyze cross-functional business processes and create integrated user stories using industry-standard techniques.
- Manage dependencies and adapt to shifting priorities across sprints and Program Increments (PIs).
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, tailoring messages to different audiences.
- Utilize critical thinking to proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Participate in Agile Release Train (ART) and Scrum team ceremonies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, other Product Owners, and the Scrum Master.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced Product Owners and Product Analysts.
- Work within an Agile delivery framework to enhance product development efficiency.
