Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Swift IoT, C++, Java scripting, JQuery, HTML 5, and Restful APIs.

This role involves managing and overseeing various projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.

The work model is hybrid, and the shift is day. No travel is required.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure alignment with company goals.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, leveraging expertise in Swift IoT, C++, Java scripting, JQuery, HTML 5, and Restful APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between project stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

- Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications –

- Possess a strong background in Swift IoT, C++, Java scripting, JQuery, HTML 5, and Restful APIs.

- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Show exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Have experience in a hybrid work model, with the ability to manage remote and on-site team members.

- Display a proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving project goals and objectives.

- Hold a relevant certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
