Hands-on experience in SAP BRIM(aka Hybris) Convergent Mediation.
Participate in discussions with business leads, gather and understand the requirements
Design, develop, document, test, deploy Convergent Mediation work flows per business requirements
Administer and maintain Convergent Mediation platform
Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to implement new billing models
Identify/troubleshoot application and/or code-related issues
Demonstrate creative, strategic thinking and problem solving; able to exercise independent judgment in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills with technical and non-technical clients
Provides status updates to the team on a regular basis
