- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of Discrete, Repetitive, and Process Manufacturing.
- Experience in Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning, MRP, Demand Management, and Scheduling.
- Knowledge of integration with Logistics modules like SAP MM, SD, WM, and EWM.
- Hands-on experience in SAP PP customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to Fiori apps and embedded analytics for S/4HANA manufacturing processes.
- Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- SAP Certification in PP or S/4HANA Manufacturing is a plus.
