Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, here are some of the duties you can expect to perform in your role:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective

• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress

• Lead multiple scrum teams in self-organization

• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments

• Ability to work with Demand Management to plan the capacity

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time

• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

Agile Way of Working, Product Owner, Core Java

10 & Above

• Scrum Master role serves as a handling multiple scrum team to define processes, identify process improvement opportunities, to implement new functionality.

• Position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to create alignment amongst multiple teams and Stakeholders

• Knowledge in Financial Domain with handling Credit Cards flow is a plus

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams

• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is added advantage, but not limited

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices

• General conceptual understanding of Projects Lifecycle

• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Atlassian Products are a plus

Very strong TPM that may even function as a product owner onsite in Las Vegas.
