• Design, develop, and implement custom and scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure applications meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable.

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party products using APIs, JDBC, and other integration methods.
• Develop and maintain integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for custom applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom applications and integrations.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Provide training and support to team members on custom applications and integrations.
