Solution Architecture & Design
Lead the design and architecture of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring they align with business needs.
Develop scalable, secure, and compliant identity governance frameworks.
Create workflows, policies, and access certifications to streamline identity lifecycle management.
Define best practices for application onboarding, user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control.

Application Onboarding & Planning
Spearhead the rapid and secure onboarding of applications into SailPoint.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines to accelerate integration processes.
Identify and resolve technical and operational bottlenecks for efficient application onboarding.

Implementation & Integration
Provide deep expertise in implementing and integrating SailPoint solutions across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS applications.
Configure and deploy connectors for Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, AWS, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
Ensure seamless integration with IAM systems, Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, and third-party identity providers.
Manage custom rules, scripts (e.g., BeanShell), and APIs to enhance SailPoint functionality.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Management
Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to align SailPoint solutions with organizational objectives.
Work closely with compliance, HR, and security teams to define and implement policies and standards.
Provide guidance and training to technical teams, business analysts, and end-users for successful adoption of SailPoint capabilities.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.

Innovation & Continuous Optimization
Identify opportunities for improvement in existing SailPoint implementations to enhance efficiency and security.
Implement AI/ML-driven identity analytics for advanced security monitoring and anomaly detection.
Stay updated on SailPoint product updates, enhancements, and industry best practices.
Recommend scalability, performance, and security enhancements to optimize IAM frameworks
